Listen to the New EP from Vancouver's Flat Earth and Tell Us They Don't Make a Compelling Argument

You can't

There's no denying that Vancouver has some beautiful mountain ranges, but if the earth was actually round wouldn't they crumple up upon one another like a real-life version of the CGI from Inception? That's the kind of question you should be asking yourself while you listen to the new EP from Vancouver flat earth truthers who are aptly called Flat Earth.

This week, Flat Earth will release a round flat disc of new tunes with the arrival of their self-titled six-song 7-inch. Until then, you can stream the full release below. It was recorded by Jesse Gander at Rain City recorders — a fact he will surely be happy to include on his resume going forward.

In addition to songs about how the earth is flat, Flat Earth also sing about how the moon is real and about how giving to charities is a bad idea. And before you get offended, note that the lyrics are, "Have you ever seen a charity handing out money?" Well, have you?

Listen to Flat Earth below and prepare to have your round-shaped worldview shattered. Flat Earth will be available on January 24.
