With an increasingly large mountain of albums already released, the Avett Brothers are finally starting to get the notoriety that years of touring and recording can bring. As such, we at Exclaim! are happy to present you with the chance to hear their new album I and Love and You in its entirety all week long.

This is the 13th recording by the Concord, NC quartet, made up of brothers Seth and Scott Avett, Bob Crawford and Joe Kwon. The band signed with American Recordings/Sony in late 2008 after years of releases, both self-released and on indie labels, making I and Love and You the band's first major-label release. And though it was produced by recording legend Rick Rubin (Jay-Z, Red Hot Chili Peppers), the album sacrifices none of the band's rootsy, down-to-earth sound.

The Avett Brothers have had a wild year. They've toured relentlessly, played a large string of festivals and were featured in almost every major Canadian and American music publication. They even found time to sit down with Exclaim! for a interview, in which the band mused about releasing the album, conversing with fans, dealing with press and just generally running themselves ragged.

I and Love and You will stream on Exclaim.ca until November 23.
