Limp Bizkit's 'Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water' Gets First Vinyl Pressing in Over 20 Years

Everybody knows it's on

If we had to choose, the crown jewel of this past Hot Girl Summer was undeniably when Limp Bizkit's prophecy of yore was fulfilled by a hot dog-flavoured hard seltzer. Naturally, the only suitable follow-up is to treat Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water — the 2000 nü metal monument that started it all — to its first vinyl pressing in over two decades.

The limited edition deluxe 2LP version of the album goes on sale this Friday (October 28) via Enjoy the Ride. With the official CD back cover on vinyl for the first time, it also comes along with a four-page lyric book in full colour, as well as a 400gsm gatefold jacket. Sneak a peek at the starfish you'll be kissing below.

After charting for the first time since 2004 with "Dad Vibes" last year, the Bizkit haven't had the best luck touring their first album in 10 years, Limp Bizkit Still Sucks. Between "possible chaos" and not-very-punk-rock bandleader Fred Durst's health concerns, this hot dog-flavoured water is really needed to replenish everyone's hearts and spirits.
