Lil Yachty Says He Keeps Begging Donald Glover to Put Him in 'Atlanta'

Donald Glover's hit FX show Atlanta was recently renewed for a third season, and Lil Yachty wants in on the action. In fact, he's been begging for a spot on the show since it first started.

Speaking with TMZ, Yachty said he was actually supposed to appear in Season 1 of the show but couldn't make it due to prior commitments. "I had shit to do — I couldn't make it," he said.

Since then, he said he continually pesters Glover for another shot at a guest spot. "Every time I see him I say, 'Bro please put me on the show,'" Yachty added. "I know I annoy him. I spoke to him about it and I understand where he's coming from. He knows what he's doing."

When asked what he'd want to play if he was granted an opportunity to appear on the show, Yachty said he'd like to be "something irregular" like a drug dealer or a crack addict rather than playing a version of himself.
