The song, which was leaked on DJ Stevie J's mixtape The Appreciation Volume 5, is packed with dirty innuendo as the rapper discusses an entirely sexual relationship. It's called "Awkward" because he doesn't have anything in common with this particular lady friend aside from a love of boning.
