U.K. duo Let's Eat Grandma have cancelled their upcoming tour dates in the United States following the death of group member Jenny Hollingworth's boyfriend.

Hollingworth made the announcement through social media today, writing, "Billy was not only my boyfriend but also my best friend who inspired everything that I do, and I feel completely devastated to have lost him."

The group were set to begin the tour tomorrow (April 3) in Massachusetts.

Let's Eat Grandma will still perform their pair of shows at Coachella later this month "as a tribute to Billy and his memory."

Hollingworth wrote, "Despite everything we had been suffering through the last few weeks and months together, Billy had wanted me to go and play Coachella, and I want to be able to bring him spiritually and musically with me as he was never able to whilst he was still with us."

You can find Hollingworth's complete statement and the duo's updated tour itinerary below.
