Lana Del Rey's Fans Are Begging Her Not to Use This Awful Album Cover

People really aren't feeling the artwork for her 'Blue Banisters'

Lana Del Rey already released Chemtrails over the Country Club earlier this year. Then she announced one called Rock Candy Sweet, which was supposedly set to arrive on June 1. It's unclear if she's renamed the album, announced a third one or is simply still trying to enact revenge on music writers, but today she's announced another new album called Blue Banisters, and it has one of the worst album covers we've seen this year.

The messy release schedule and confusing announcements are common themes for LDR and honestly, so is the tacky album art. But Blue Banisters, with its awkwardly uncentered greeting-card overlay and burned-in, low-res font (that adds a strange bruising effect to her skintone) is simply too far.

LDR announced that Blue Banisters would arrive on July 4 with a tweet featuring the above image, and even her most ardent stans are simply not having it.

Below, you'll find some responses to the album art. Honestly at this point, she should keep it.
