Lana Del Rey Unveils 'Ultraviolence' Album Cover

BY Alex HudsonPublished May 9, 2014

Yesterday (May 8), we saw the tracklist of Lana Del Rey's upcoming album Ultraviolence. Now, we've got the album cover.

That's the image above. As you can see, it's consistent with Del Rey's past artwork in that it prominently features a photo of the singer along with big block lettering.

This album cover allegedly comes from Universal Music Group's intranet network [via Idolator/Ultimate Music].

Shortly after the photo emerged online, Lana seemingly confirmed its validity by posting it (without explanation) on Twitter. So while we can't say with absolute certainty that this is legit, the evidence certainly seems convincing.

Ultimate Music reports that the album will be out on June 13, although this date still hasn't been publicly confirmed. Watch the video for the single "West Coast" below.

UPDATE: The album is to now arrive June 17 via Interscope/Polydor UK.

Also, Del Rey has a North American tour coming up, and it includes a few Canadian stops.
