Kid Rock Ordered to Hand Over Glass Dildo in Insane Clown Posse Lawsuit

Let this story serve as a warning: if an associate of Insane Clown Posse tries to give you a dildo, don't accept it, or else you might end up getting dragged into a lawsuit. Kid Rock is learning this lesson the hard way, as the rap-rocker has been subpoenaed to turn over a sex toy given to him by "Dirty Dan" Diamond, a former employee of ICP and their Psychopathic Records.

As weird and hilarious as this sounds, the story is actually a rather serious and unpleasant one, since it surrounds a sexual harassment lawsuit. ICP's former publicist Andrea Pellegrini alleges that she was subject to bullying and harassment while under the horror rap duo's employment; this included Diamond making explicit comments and attempting to give her the glass dildo in question.

Detroit Free Press reports that Pellegrini refused to accept the dildo, and in a strange twist, Diamond then allegedly gave it to Kid Rock. The musician also known as Robert James Ritchie is apparently believed to still own the item, since he has been subpoenaed and been given 14 days to produce it. The subpoena was filed in Michigan's Oakland County Circuit Court on Monday (July 21).

Pellegrini filed the suit in September 2013, naming band members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, plus manager William Dale, as defendants. In addition to sexual harassment, she contends that she was wrongfully terminated after three years with the group, was asked to do legal work she considered unethical, and went through "a living hell" at the Gathering of the Juggalos festival in 2012.

ICP haven't fared very well in court lately, since they recently lost their case against the FBI over juggalos' gang designation.
