After being hospitalized last week, Kanye West has apparently been released.
According to TMZ, West is back home with his family, with the rapper now under the care of his wife Kim Kardashian and his personal doctor Michael Farzam. At this point, however, there are no further details.
As previously reported, West was admitted to hospital on November 21. He was reportedly hospitalized "for his own health and safety" after suffering what appears to be some sort of mental breakdown.
