Kanye West "Fixes" New Single After Mixed Reviews

If you complain, Kanye will listen. Or at least Mr. West has in the case of his new ”Love Lockdown” single. Just days after releasing the new 808's and Heartbreak track on his blog, Kanye was pummelled with mixed reviews about the song, leading the rapper turned sometimes singer to now rework the track with new vocals and Japanese taiko drums. "Your prayers have been answered!!!" he writes.

But if part of your prayers involved wishing he’d drop the pitch-shifting autotune effect on his voice, you’re still going to be disappointed, and you will continue to be. "Sidebar... if you don't like autotune... too bad cause I love it and have been using it since The College Dropout!!!" Kanye writes.

There is still no more word on Kanye’s recent arrest in L.A., or on what the exact release date of 808's and Heartbreak will be. Right now, he’s telling us the album is likely coming out sometime in December.
