The Juno Songwriters' Circle is one of the most popular events of Juno Week, and after a couple of years without a proper live event, it's returning in 2022. It will take place on May 11 at Toronto's Massey Hall, with livestreams going out through a variety of CBC Music platforms.
Performers at this year's Juno Songwriters' Circle include Charlotte Day Wilson, the Weather Station's Tamara Lindeman, Serena Ryder and TOBi. All those artists have previously been recognized by the Junos — TOBi and Ryder as winners, Wilson and the Weather Station as nominees.
The event will be hosted by Tom Power, host of CBC's Q. An announcement promises that the night will "offer untapped insight into the making of some of Canada's most iconic songs."
Tickets for the show start at $29.50, with $1 per ticket sold going to the music education charity MusiCounts. Tickets are on sale now right here.
