After recently teasing their return, Gojira have delivered a new single. You can take in "Another World" below.
"Another World" arrives alongside an animated video helmed by Maxime Tiberhgien and Sylvain Favre, who put a French twist on a science fiction classic.
"Ferdinand Magellan once said: 'It is with an iron will that we'll embark on the most daring of all endeavors, to meet the shadowy future without fear and conquer the unknown,'" guitarist/vocalist Joe Duplantier wrote in a statement. "Is humanity doomed, or will we survive nature's wrath? Take a glimpse into our shadowy future by watching our take on 1968's Planet of the Apes… 'Another World'!"
Gojira's most recent album remains 2016's Magma, which Exclaim! named the LP one of the Top 10 Metal and Hardcore albums of that year.
