"Where the People Are" (video)

BY Alex HudsonPublished Sep 16, 2015

Last year, Halifax's Glory Glory teamed up with studio guru Justin Gerrish (Vampire Weekend, Ra Ra Riot) on their EP So Long. Now, they're working with Gerrish again on another EP, and with the three-song Where the People Are due out on October 9, they have shared a video for the title track.

The song is a sunny, vibrant pop tune that's full of bouncy bass, chorus harmonies and plinky palm-muted guitar. The upbeat music is complemented by the visuals, as we see close-ups of the band members' smiling faces while the who thing is overlaid with bright yellow effects.
