Get Reviews of the Strokes, Wavves, Depeche Mode, Bonobo and More in This Week's New Release Roundup

If you're in dire need of new tunes to flow through your headphones, look no further. We've sorted through a ton of fresh music to give you the best of what's out there this week.

First up is the Strokes, who make their much-anticipated return with new album, Comedown Machine. Read the full review to see whether the New York fivesome are still stuck in a rut, or if they re-found their groove. Also this week marks the return of Wavves, who layer punk rock maximalism and mid-'90s alt-rock on Afraid of Heights to excellent effect.

Depeche Mode's Delta Machine merges blues and electronics, but whether that works or not is up for debate in our review. Bonobo, meanwhile, "owns his craft" on The North Borders, according to our reviewer.

California surf-pop outfit Bleached released Ride Your Heart , a dense heartbreak memoir, while Shotgun Jimmie's Everything, Everything contains the perfect amount of charm to hook listeners.

Keep checking Exclaim!'s Recently Reviewed section for more album reviews as they roll in, and see the New and Forthcoming Release Dates page for updates on new releases.
