Following yet another week of new music gathering, we've rounded up the latest songs, album streams and videos over at Exclaim!'s Click Hear section. Here's just a handful of our recent highlights.

First off, in album streams, Toronto-based singer-songwriter Eamon McGrath gifted us a fine slice of Canadiana with his latest long-player Young Canadians, while our X3 Artists of the Month Great Lake Swimmers returned with New Wild Everywhere, the eagerly awaited follow-up to 2009's Lost Channel. Plus, we saw Montreal folk trio Half Moon Run deliver their debut album Dark Eyes, which is also streaming in full.

As for videos, we have
Feist and M. Ward performing a live cover of Jesus and the Mary Chain's "Sometimes Always" at the Royal Albert Hall in London, and it's all impossibly high-waisted pants and shoulder pads in Library Voices' Rad-themed clip for "If Raymond Carver Were Born in the '90s," taken from the band's acclaimed Summer of Love LP.

Last but not least, after the success of last summer's star-studded banger "I'm on One," DJ Khaled shared his new single "Take It to the Head," featuring Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown.

Be sure to check out these, as well as many more streams, downloads and videos, at our Click Hear section.
