In news that should be surprising to no one, Genesis have once again postponed their reunion tour due to COVID-19. On the plus side, though, the band have given us some new rehearsal footage.Phil Collins and co. were originally scheduled to start their "The Last Domino?" tour in November 2020, only to delay the trek to April 2021. Now they have pushed back the trek until September, kicking things off in Dublin on September 15 and wrapping the tour on October 13.
"We're ready," they wrote, "but the world isn't... yet!"
To help make up for the disappointment, the band shared some newly recorded rehearsal footage, which shows the group joined by a pair of backing vocalists — marking a first for Genesis.
Down below, you can see the brief video, as well as see the band's new schedule.
