Arcade Fire may have wrapped up their Reflektor tour in Montreal a few nights ago, but lead singer Win Butler still can't stop covering other people's tunes. This time, however, he was the guest of honour, joining Baltimore-based synth pop band Future Islands in Montreal last night (September 2) for their song "Seasons (Waiting on You)," from their LP Singles, released earlier this year.
While the fan-shot video is nowhere close to usurping Future Islands' breakthrough rendition of the tune on the Late Show with David Letterman this past March, it's yet another sign of the band's dramatic rise to stardom.
