Fly Pan Am Return with New Track "Mirror Cracks Seeking Interiority"

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Nov 5, 2020

Montreal rock experimentalists Fly Pan Am are back with a sprawling new track. Called "Mirror Cracks Seeking Interiority," the group's new one-off single is here, and it's as epic as you'd expect.

The song comes as part of Constellation Records' "Corona Borealis Longplay Singles Series," and it finds Fly Pan Am engaging in a 10-minute-plus exercise in sonic adventurism.

In a statement about "Mirror Cracks Seeking Interiority," the band had the following to say:

The social and the mirror is so obvious, being and rediscovering the omnipresent objection of the recovered tendency to the exteriority by a hard, fast object in exteriority. (Re)gaining in self is being personal on temperature differences. Although some aspects of the recovering in exteriority are delineated to a loss of personal autonomy and valorization into pieces.

Down below, you can dive into the track either via a video or through Bandcamp, with the track available as PWYC for the first week of release.

Fly Pan Am last gave us an album with 2019's C'est ça.
