Fall Out Boy Announce 'M A N I A' LP, Share New Video

The band are also playing Toronto on a North American tour

It's been two years since stadium-sized emo band Fall Out Boy delivered their last LP American Beauty/American Psycho. That's not to say they haven't been busy — the group have spent much of that time butchering beloved theme songs. Thankfully, they're back to making music of their own.

The group have announced plans to release a new LP called M A N I A. They first delivered the news in a handwritten note on Twitter:
 
Further, the band's Patrick Stump spoke to Alternative Press about the release, saying, "This [record] is the most off-script we've gone.... I want to try to invent something, because life's too short."

Rather than just talk about the new material, the band have delivered a new music video for their single "Young and Menace." You can watch it below.

M A N I A will arrive on September 15, but first the band will embark on a North American tour. The itinerary for the trek, which includes a Toronto stop, can be found below.
