Every Time I Die guitarist Jordan Buckley is being sued by a woman for causing her injury after he allegedly dove from the stage directly onto her head, WXYZ Detroit reports.
According to the ABC affiliate, concertgoer Tonya Ross suffered a concussion and neck fracture after the band's performance at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI. The venue's website shows that the band were at the venue on August 13 opening for Taking Back Sunday.
Ross claims she is now required to attend ongoing physical therapy and medical appointments. It's currently unclear what damages she is seeking.
A tweet from Buckley this afternoon suggests that he hasn't yet been served his notice, as you can see below.
