Eso-Charis

Eso-Charis

As much as us secular types hate to admit it, and often refuse to, there's some great Christian metal out there. Eso-Charis is the latest of them, combining jagged riffs reminiscent of label/band-mates Living Sacrifice and metalcore time signatures with the requisite quirky riffing. All that adds up to a pretty great listen, and the nice production, art and smart playing length don't hurt either. However, if relentlessly religious lyrics espousing the greatness of God and the worthlessness of humans worry you, as they probably should, then approach with caution.
