Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell Map Out North American Tour with Richard Thompson

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jan 16, 2013

Longtime collaborators Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell are not only teaming up for a duets album, they're linking up for a North American tour as well. Once Old Yellow Moon drops in February 26 via Nonesuch, the pair will promote it on the road.

The trip runs from mid-March until April and includes 14 shows. In addition to a number of U.S. dates, there is a single Canadian appearance: Toronto on March 22. All but one of the dates on the outing will be co-headlined by veteran British axeman Richard Thompson and his Electric Trio. See the schedule below.

Tickets go on sale this week, so get more information over at Nonesuch's website. Additionally, Harris will be selling VIP album-and-ticket packages through her website. These include a meet-and-greet with Harris, a digital copy of the album, handwritten lyrics, and a tour poster.
