The Elwins Sign to Hidden Pony Records for New Album, Re-release 'And I Thank You'

Toronto-based pop troubadours the Elwins have had their sights set on new material for a while now, and it's looking like it will finally be arriving thanks to the announcement that they've signed to Hidden Pony Records.

"Four of the nicest and talented humans decided to go for it, and we're thrilled to ride shotgun," said the label's president Parkside, in a statement about the deal. "From the moment I first heard the new record, I knew I wanted The Elwins on Hidden Pony. This body of work is undeniable."

While the new record won't be rolling out until 2015, the band will be re-releasing their 2012 debut And I Thank You through Hidden Pony on October 21.

The indie pop outfit will also be hitting the road for a string of dates in Ontario and Quebec this fall, where audience members may be treated to a taste of the new songs.
