Vancouver producer Eli Muro is set to release a new EP called Dreamtime Hunter next week. Today, Exclaim! is proud to premiere its lead single, "Orphan's Son."
The song opens with lush synth swells that build with heavenly harps before an impossibly smooth beat propels the track forward. As it unfolds, the track reveals more layers, including acoustic guitars and gentle vocal samples. It's perfectly serene beat music.
In addition to the original, Muro has also recruited a remix of the track from Ekali. Using many of the same elements, like the harp and some of the samples, the producer transforms it into a more complex, uptempo banger.
