Ducks Ltd. have released another cover in their series aptly titled The Sincerest Form of Flattery via Royal Mountain Records / Carpark Records. The Toronto-based duo comprised of Tom McGreevy and Evan Lewis have followed up their previous covers of Jesus and Mary Chain and the Cure by reworking the Feelies' "Invitation," which you can listen to below.

"In Toronto, it's a really big thing on Halloween for bands to do cover sets where they dress up as the band they are covering," McGreevy said in a statement via Stereogum. "This year, Evan and a group of people who have all played in Ducks at one point or another got together to do a Feelies cover set and they were amazing! So good in fact that I immediately wanted to preserve their excellent cover band for posterity while also insinuating myself in the end result!"

Mo Troper and Ratboys' singer Julia Steiner join Ducks Ltd. to give the 1991 hit a new vocal spin, while Paul Erlichman, Kurt Marble and Katie Ryan contributed to the instrumentals.

"Invitation" follows the duo's January 2022 single "Sheets of Grey," which was their last original release.

Ducks Ltd. can be seen next at the Wise Hall in Vancouver on February 13 with Tough Age.
