Drake Previews Toronto Mansion with NBA-sized Basketball Court, Studio and "Snack Lounge"

We already knew that Drake was planting roots in his hometown of Toronto, building a monster mansion in the Bridle Path neighbourhood, but now more details have emerged of just how crazy his new pad is.

According to building permits obtained by TMZ, Drake's basement alone measures in at a whopping 15,000 square feet that contain an NBA-sized basketball court, a spa (and two saunas), a pool and a hot tub. There's also a "snack lounge" suspended over top of the basketball court.

On the rooftop terrace, there will be another pool and hot tub, bars and massive projection screens.

In between, of course, there will also be a wine and champagne bar, home theatre, recording studio, an awards room and a room to showcase basketball jerseys.

The massive project is being helmed by architect Ferris Rafauli, who previously designed Drake's party pad at the Scotiabank Arena (formerly the Air Canada Centre).

Both Drake and Rafauli have shared photo and video updates on the house's progress in recent weeks. Check out some of the footage below.
