Just before ringing in the new year, YG shared a track called "Who Do You Love" featuring a guest verse from Canadian rap icon Drake. Unfortunately, the roll-out doesn't seem to have gone smoothly, since Drizzy has been accused of pilfering some of the lyrics from Rappin' 4-Tay's song "Playaz Club," off the 1994 album Don't Fight the Feelin'.
Shortly after YG's track emerged, Tay tweeted a link to "Who Do You Love" and wrote, "In This Song Drake Copys My Lyrics & Lines From My PlayazClub Song & Pays No Homage! ???"
Tay is evidently keen to pursue the matter, since the rapper indicated that he sent Drake a direct message and has tweeted numerous times on the issue.
Certainly, there seems to be some very distinct similarities between the two verses. Read an extract from each song below. (Please note that these transcriptions are based on lyrics posted at RapGenius.com and may not be entirely accurate.)

Drake on "Who Do You Love":
I got a shorty named Texas and
She got a buddy name Young JB and now you know the deal
We turned up in the studio late night
That's why the songs that you hear are coming real tight
OVO crew, nigga, thought I told you
If you a player in the game, this should hold you
And man shout my nigga Game he just rolled through
Eating crab out in Malibu at Nobu
A lot of fools putting salt in the game
Until these women get the notion that they running the game
Rappin' 4-Tay on "Playaz Club":
I got a hoe named Reel-to-Reel
She got a buddy named SP 12, now, you know the deal
We gets freaky in the studio late night
That's why the beats that you hear are coming real tight
Something to roll to, something to stroll to
If you's a playa in the game this will hold you
Mo money, mo money for the bank roll
Stick to the script don't slip in the '94
A lot of fools put salt in the game
Till where these women get the notion that they running the game
