Since disbanding the Streets, British wordsmith Mike Skinner has been working with former Music singer Robert Harvey under the name the D.O.T. Following last year's debut album, And That, the duo are back with another full-length. Diary, out now in the UK and arriving in Canada on May 28 via 7380 Recordings, and you can stream the whole thing now at Exclaim.ca.

The songs are largely electronic-driven, as drum machines mingle with synthesizers and emotively soaring vocals, covering a wide range of genres. "Left at the Lights" ventures into balladic terrain with wistful piano chords and "Most of My Time" emphasizes the album's soul-funk undercurrent, while "What Am I Supposed to Do" is an Skinner-fronted electro-rock number.

Harvey said in a statement, "We wanted to create an album on which every track sounds like a classic. We feel like the music speaks for itself."
