MF DOOM Gives His 'Live from Planet X' First-Ever Vinyl Release

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Apr 21, 2016

While some recent, face-melting artwork seemingly teased MF DOOM and Ghostface Killah's long gestating Swift and Changeable album as DOOMSTARKS, it's still unclear whether we're ever going to hear the record. What's certain, though, is that the metal-faced contingent of the duo will be giving his old Live from Planet X collection its first-ever vinyl pressing.

Originally delivered on CD by Nature Sounds in 2005, the label starts shipping the concert set on wax May 20. Recorded in 2004, the concert was presented as one long track on the CD. The 15-song set features material from the rapper's Operation: Doomsday and MM..Food? solo LPs, his Madvillain collaboration with Madlib and more.

Below, you'll find the tracklisting info for the collection, as well as a player showcasing the concert performance of Madvillainy number "Accordion." Up above, you'll find the re-release's updated cover art.
