Do Make Say Think Bring Other Truths Back Out on the Road for North American/Asian Tour

BY Josiah HughesPublished Jan 27, 2010

Following the release of their fantastic sixth LP Other Truths in November, Toronto post-rock champions Do Make Say Think took the holidays off. Now it's 2010, and the band have entered their 15th year together. With so much to celebrate, they've announced a tasteful world tour.

The most amazing part of this tour is that, while it does cover four nations and two continents, it all take place in the shortened month of February. Kicking off in Los Angeles on February 1, the band will play most major cities on the U.S. West coast. Then, they'll surface in Canada for shows in Vancouver and Calgary, before hopping a plane to Asia for shows in Japan and Taiwan.

Playing the U.S., Canada, Japan and Taiwan in a 20-day period must be some sort of world record. Then again, when your band features members of ever-busy projects like Broken Social Scene and Lullaybe Arkestra, you have to make the most of what little time you have together.
