Last year, the Dirty Nil gave away their Summer Mix-Tape, and now they've shared another free seasonal download in the form of Summer Mix-Tape Vol. 2: Covers.
As the title indicates, the four-song digital EP consists entirely of cover tunes. It finds the Ontario rock trio taking on tunes originally by the Misfits, Iggy Pop, Guided by Voices and Merle Haggard.
Hear it below. Also below, check out the newly unveiled video for the prior single "Zombie Eyed." The clip doesn't have a zombie theme exactly, but there's plenty of violence and hoards of people.
