Electronic songwriter Digits (aka Alt Altman) has rolled out a prolific string of releases in the last couple of years, and now the globetrotting Canadian has unveiled a new collaborative track called "50 on Red" featuring Dawson City, YK singer-songwriter Drea.
Digits and Drea teamed up with in Dawson City back in February. In a statement to Exclaim!, Digits said that the collaboration was sparked when Drea approached him about making an electro R&B song. The pair split vocal duties on this one, which pairs a synth-heavy arrangement with R&B vocals and even a slight undercurrent of hip-hop.
