Death Grips Detail 'Bottomless Pit,' Unveil Cover Art

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Mar 19, 2016

Returned aggro rap outfit Death Grips have been hinting at an album release called Bottomless Pit since the fall, and it looks like the record's release may be on the horizon. Following an intriguingly-scored interview earlier in the week, the band have now shared the tracklisting info and cover art for the LP.

Death Grips hopped onto their Facebook page today (March 18) to confirm a few details behind Bottomless Pit. Specifically, they posted the front and back cover images for the release, with the former being a slightly creeped-out piece that appears to show someone smiling from behind a pair of giant balloons.

As you can see up above, the back cover offers up the tracklisting info, as well as the slogan "very shallow listening."

Included on the LP are the recent "Hot Head" single, as well as evocatively titled cuts like "Bubbles Buried in the Jungle" and "Three Bedrooms in a Good Neighborhood."

Despite today's reveal, the band have not yet cemented a due date for their Bottomless Pit. It is, however, "coming soon."

You'll find the full tracklisting down below, along with a stream of "Hot Head."
