While we haven't had a Destroyer album since last year's Poison Season, project mastermind Dan Bejar did recently wrap up a solo tour this fall in the U.S. As can be expected of such things, fan footage has now surfaced online, with Bejar breaking out an unrecorded track called "A Light Travels Down the Catwalk (Boulevard of Sin)."

Despite the video captured in portrait and some muddy audio, the clip does give you a decent capturing of the song. With just the Vancouverite and an acoustic guitar, it's all about the Bejar wordplay on this one, with lines flowing out like "Money comes / Money goes / A girl down on easy street got it up her clothes."

The tour made promises of Bejar debuting a bunch of new Destroyer material, though this particular song has been around since at least 2013. In fact, at the bottom of the page, you can watch another fan-captured version of song recorded in Toronto a few years ago.

And while we're still in the dark when it comes to a follow-up to Poison Season, we can at least get an idea of what he might be cooking up with "A Light Travels Down the Catwalk (Boulevard of Sin)."
