It's Wednesday already and that means it's time to check out Exclaim's weekly batch of reviews for your at-home movie-watching needs. Just head to our Recently Reviewed motion section to see what's in store this week.

Kicking things off with two releases that have won the Exclaim! Mark of Excellence, Shutter Island tells the story of a U.S. marshall (Leonardo DiCarprio) who's sent to an institute for the criminally insane to solve the mystery of a missing patient. If you're not so into mystery and more into vampires, we have a review of the Exclaim!-recommended True Blood Season 2.

Directed by Clint Eastwood, Invictus tells the true story of Nelson Mandela joining forces with the captain of South Africa's rugby team in order to unite their country. If you are looking for more of a chick flick, check out Dear John, which will pull on your heart strings.

Out on Blu-ray, we have Werner Herzog's Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, which stars Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes, as well as The Road, which is the tale of a man and his son who are trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.

In music DVDs, there are reviews of I Need That Record!, a documentary about the music industry that analyzes the state of mom'n'pop record stores today, compared to major retailers, and what is happening in the business of vinyl, as well as Chickenfoot's Get Your Buzz On Live.
