Playing one of the biggest performances of his career, East coast rap phenom Classified looked comfortable in front of thousands of Wu-Tang fans. Starting off the show on a high note, the Enfield, NS MC quickly whipped the dense crowd into a frenzy with bangin' renditions of "That Ain't Classy" and 2009 gem "Anybody Listening," urging listeners to bob along to the beats as lyrics flashed on massive monitors behind him. After making fun of the empty VIP section at the front of the hulking Bell Stage, the underground rapper asked "Where my weed smokers at?" before smoking a joint to a background mix featuring Steve Miller's "Space Cowboy" and the RZA's co-produced Kanye track "Dark Fantasy," among others. Once the sticky icky took hold, things got a little slow, with the performer taking a minute-long break as he tried to figure out how to work his synthesizer to little avail. But after a short medley highlighting hip-hop's history, the Canadian MC finished off his set with radio-friendly single "Inner Ninja" and patriotic rap anthem "Oh…Canada," delivering a workingman's flow that rivalled the night's headlining performance.
