​Chino Moreno's Saudade Sign to Sargent House for New EP, Share "Crisis"

'Shadows & Light / Sanctuary Dub' features contributions from Chelsea Wolfe and Ho99o9's Yeti Bones and theOGM

Saudade is a project that brings together Chuck Doom, Deftones frontman Chino Moreno and members of Bad Brains and Cro-Mags, and they recently collaborated with Chelsea Wolfe. Now, group have signed to Sargent House for a new EP titled Shadows & Light / Sanctuary Dub.
 
Released as a 12-inch, the EP will feature four songs. Side A contains the previously shared Wolfe collaboration "Shadows & Light" and a new track called "Crisis," which the Saudade have now shared. The flip side contains "Sanctuary Dub" featuring theOGM and Yeti Bones (a.k.a. Eaddy) of Ho99o9 and "MyGoalsBeyond."
 
See the full tracklisting below, and "Crisis" artwork pictured above. An official release date for the EP has not yet been revealed, but it is expected out later this year.
 
Upon forming in 2016, Saudade featured Bad Brains guitarist Dr. Know, Cro-Mags drummer Maxwell "Mackie" Jayson, avant-jazz keyboardist John Medeski (Medeski Martin and Wood), and Moreno's Crosses collaborator Chuck Doom.
 
According to a press release, Saudade are also continuing to work with a revolving mix of musicians throughout next year and "will be releasing the collaborations as they progress towards a full body of work."
