Chilly Gonzales Announces North American Tour, Gets Set for Live DVD, New LP

BY Alex HudsonPublished Feb 14, 2012

There's no rest for Chilly Gonzales. The kooky rapper/pianist released his most recent album, The Unspeakable Chilly Gonzales, last June, and now he's getting ready to promote it further before releasing a DVD and another LP.

First on Chilly's plate is a North American tour in April. In addition to a number of U.S. gigs, he will be hitting up Canada's three largest cities. He plays Vancouver on April 11, Montreal on April 16, and Toronto the day after that.

Also in April, he will drop the concert DVD The Unspeakable Chilly Gonzales Live with Orchestra. Expect details of that release to be announced soon. The same month will see the digital release of his film Ivory Tower, which he co-wrote and co-stars in alongside Feist, Peaches and Tiga.

Lastly, look for the busy pianist to release Solo Piano II later this year on Arts & Crafts.
