As he tones down his acting gig on Community, Donald Glover will have plenty of time to revisit his rap alter ego Childish Gambino. Though we don't know what he's got promised, the rapper did share a mysterious trailer for a new short film / music video called Clapping For the Wrong Reasons.
The strange short sees Glover bouncing a basketball up the stairs of a mansion and in said mansion's same swimming pool. He also gets a nose bleed and discusses how strange things keep happening to him. At the end, some music finally starts, and its revealed that the full film will feature Chance the Rapper, Trinidad Jame$, Flying Lotus and many others.
According to Glover's Twitter, a director's cut of the film is expected to surface next week. Until then, you can watch the 50-second clip below.
