Chance the Rapper and the Social Experiment Release 'Surf' for Free

BY Alex HudsonPublished May 29, 2015

Chance the Rapper and his band the Social Experiment have been talking about their album Surf since back in the fall, at which point the collection was expected out before the end of the year. That didn't come to pass, but now the wait is finally over and Surf is out.

As previously reported, the album isn't actually billed to Chance; rather, it's co-credited to the Social Experiment and horn player Donnie Trumpet. It's on iTunes right now and is free to download. There's just one problem: as of press time, the album is available on the U.S. iTunes store but not in Canada. Presumably this will be corrected before too long.

The album is 16 songs long and includes the recent single "Sunday Candy." Scroll past the Surf tracklist below to watch the video for that track. If you've got a U.S. iTunes account, the album is available here.

Meanwhile, Chance the Rapper and his Social Experiment collective have promised that there are more albums in the works.
