​Celebrities Send Support to Demi Lovato Following Hospitalization

Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake and more have sent messages to the singer on Twitter

Demi Lovato was taken to hospital to be treated for a suspected drug overdose yesterday (July 24), and a number of famous friends and admirers have since shared their support for the 25-year-old singer through social media.
 
Tributes urged the public to treat Lovato with respect and compassion during this difficult time, and praised the star for being so candid about her struggle with addiction in the past.
 
As previously reported, Lovato was found unconscious at her Hollywood Hills home just before noon yesterday. She was treated with Narcan, an emergency treatment used to counteract opioid overdoses.
 
The singer recently revealed that she had relapsed on her latest single "Sober."
 
This morning, Lovato's rep issued a statement about the singer's condition.
 
"Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support," it reads [via the Associated Press]. "Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now."
