Castle Face Records Debut 'Live in San Francisco' Series With White Fence Concert Release

Castle Face Records have made a name for themselves by issuing studio albums from the likes of Thee Oh Sees, Ty Segall and more, but have announced they'll soon put the focus on concert LPs through their new Live in San Francisco series. First up for the project is a live set from California garage pop player White Fence (a.k.a. singer-songwriter Tim Presley), whose entry arrives November 5.

A press release notes that the Bay Area concert was tracked on a Tascam 388 machine by Eric Bauer, Chris Woodhouse, Bob Marshall, and Thee Oh Sees leader John Dwyer. The live set was captured in "all its ragged glory," and is apparently presented "undiluted and unsullied." You'll find the tracklisting down below.

The LP will come housed in a glossy jacket featuring black and white photos taken that evening, with a limited edition colour vinyl pressing of the record arriving on a lenticular cover "catching the band eternally between two instants of an amazing night at a tiny club full of sweaty, lucky souls."

While additional entries into the Live in San Francisco have yet to be detailed, Castle Face have hopes that this will be "a long and fruitful series."

Earlier this year, White Fence issued the Cyclops Reap LP and a repress of his self-titled debut.
