Caroline Polachek has withdrawn from her remaining tour dates in support of Dua Lipa after a fall down the stairs on her tour bus resulted in a torn ankle.

Polachek will no longer be opening for Lipa's North American Future Nostalgia Tour stops in Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, the latter performance being the finale for this leg of the tour at Rogers Arena on April 1. The avant-pop provocateur also cancelled a headline show and Tacoma due to her injury.

Sharing the news on Instagram last night, Polacheck wrote in the caption of a photo dump led by a tearful image of the artist in a hospital bed, she wrote:

I had a bad fall today down the stairs of our tour bus and tore my ankle, now back from the hospital but can't walk on it for ten days. So heartbroken to now not be able to perform with @dualipa at the last couple shows of this absolute dream tour. Deepest apologies to you guys coming to my show in Tacoma on Wednesday, stand by for refund info. Much much love.
