In October, we learned that Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak had pushed their debut as Silk Sonic forward to arrive this November, and the duo have now shared the details of their highly anticipated LP An Evening with Silk Sonic.
Ahead of the album's arrival next week, Mars shared the effort's nine-song tracklist, which features songs titled "Fly As Me," "Put on a Smile" and "777" alongside the previously shared "Skate" and "Leave the Door Open."
Additionally, a song titled "After Last Night" finds Silk Sonic teaming up with a pair of seriously skilled low-end friends in Thundercat and Bootsy Collins. Since Silk Sonic's inception, it has been reported that the latter bassist would serve as a "special guest host" on An Evening with Silk Sonic.
Before that song arrives, Mars and .Paak have delivered "Smokin Out the Window," which lands today alongside a retro-styled video directed by Mars and John Esparza you can watch below.
Earlier this week, it was rumoured that Ariana Grande and Donald Glover would also guest on An Evening with Silk Sonic, though their involvement has yet to be confirmed. The album arrives November 12, and you can find its tracklist below.
Mars' most recent album remains 2016's 24K Magic, while .Paak last released Ventura in 2019.
