Brandon Flowers

"Lonely Town" (live on 'Corden')

The Killers' frontman Brandon Flowers is set to unveil his latest solo offering next week, and in anticipation of the release, he donned his favourite sparkly blazer and served as last night's (May 13) musical guest on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

He recently shared the creepy video for The Desired Effect cut "Lonely Town," and that's the tune he took to the TV screen last night. In addition to the sequins, the '80s-esque synth-pop number got paired with some equally ostentatious lighting. Soulful back-up singers and a horn section add some extra entertainment to the performance, which you can watch below.

The Desired Effect hits shelves on May 19 via Island.
