Killers frontman Brandon Flowers recently dropped his sophomore solo album The Desired Effect, and to make sure the album has the desired effect on audiences he's in the midst of some heavy touring. Last night (May 24), he performed at Manchester Academy, where he was joined by Bernard Sumner for a cover of New Order's "Bizarre Love Triangle."

The fan-shot footage opens with a verbose monologue from Flowers, who describes hearing New Order back when MTV still played videos. Then Sumner joins him onstage, and the pair trade vocals as Flowers' backing band perfectly recreates the dance pop classic.
