Braids, the Sadies, Weights and Measures to Play Ottawa's Arboretum Festival

Following another successful run in 2014, Ottawa's Arboretum Festival will return for its fourth annual edition. Ahead of the fest's arrival, organizers have given us the first taste of its lineup.

The festival, which runs from August 19 to 22 at various venues throughout Ottawa, will feature appearances from Braids, Austra, the Sadies, U.S. Girls, New Swears, Hayden, the Weather Station, Queer Songbook Orchestra and Julianna Barwick.

Since it wouldn't be a modern music festival without a reunion, they've also arranged quite the doozy with the return of beloved math-rock trio Weights and Measures. The group, which features Arcade Fire member Jeremy Gara, will exclusively return for this fest only, according to organizers.

The festival will be rounded out by Phèdre, Kings College, New Fries, Fet.Nat, Saxsyndrum, Del Bel, Tweens, Nightshades, Milk Lines, Flying Horses, Organ Mood, Melody McKiver, Scattered Clouds and Shalabi Effect, with more to be announced.

In addition to standard venues throughout Ottawa, Arboretum will also offer warehouse parties and outdoor events on the city's Albert Island.

Passes to the festival will be available tomorrow (May 27). More information on Arboretum Festival is available here
