A while ago, we mentioned that Bloc Party's Kele Okereke was planning a solo disc during the group's recently announced hiatus. But Okereke isn't the only member of the band going solo.
Guitarist Russell Lissack's side-project, Pin Me Down, seems to be active once again after releasing a number of singles that have been floating around since 2008. Though the duo (Lissack and American singer Milena Mepris) have yet to release a full-length, they recently released another single, "Time Crisis," and it's up on their MySpace now.
According to Lissack, they are keen to start 2010 "with a bang and klang" and have suggested that they are set to do more this year, especially given the free time created by Bloc Party's hiatus.
Okereke's solo album, on the other hand, appears to be keeping its details under wraps, although a few little nuggets have leaked out.
