Japanese-born, Canadian-raised artist Jesse Kanda has collaborated with forward-thinking artists like Björk, Arca and FKA twigs, and now he's branched out to share his own musical offering under the moniker doon kanda.
Kanda announced the release of his debut EP heart via Twitter this morning (January 20).
The five-track EP is available digitally as of today through Hyperdub. A physical LP version is slated for release on February 24.
The title track also serves as the album closer, and it's prefaced by four other new tracks titled "axolotl," "womb," "wings" and "Feline" — the longest one clocking in at just three minutes.
